After a series of senior hires this year, $86 billion Mercer Global Advisors, a Denver-headquartered national registered investment advisor , has appointed Katelyn Shackleton  as executive managing director, New Partner Success.

Shackleton's remit is to lead the integration and accelerated growth of newly-acquired partner firms, ensuring that transitions run smoothly and generate long-term value creation for clients and teams.

The company’s longstanding partner integration team, led by Rick Weyers, vice president, partner integration, will report to Shackleton, the firm said in a statement.

With over two decades of experience in wealth and investment management – including senior roles at LPL Financial, Wells Fargo, Morgan Stanley, and JP Morgan Private Bank – Shackleton brings expertise in business strategy, process optimization and advisor engagement. In her most recent role at LPL, she worked with LPL’s most complex clients and their advisors to deliver multi-generational trust and wealth management solutions.

As the firm continues to expand its integrated family office platform, Shackleton is joining a growing leadership team that includes Alisa Maute, head of client development, and Ted Motheral, principal, M&A partner development.

In addition to Shackleton’s appointment, Mercer Advisors recently welcomed two new vice presidents of the M&A partner development team: Carrie Ohm and Alex Moore. Ohm joined from OneDigital’s corporate development team, while Moore, a sell-side mergers and acquisitions specialist, joined from MarshBerry. Together, they bring expertise in inorganic growth and partnerships.
